Delivery Information

Our deliveries are carried out by a selected two man crew who will position goods within your room of choice wherever reasonably possible. We book deliveries within an hour slot - this is to give you an approximate time but this is liable to change sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control. However, we do try and keep you informed should there be any major delays - if you would prefer a call when our team are on route to you, please state at the point of ordering. Deliveries are carried out Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-6pm. We use Luton vans for deliveries as these are more suitable for the lane and restricted access areas, however, if you feel this may still cause an issue, please state at the point of ordering. Delivery is free within Hereford City Limits, a small fee will be added for deliveries outside this area, please contact the store for charges.

Assembly Information

We understand the frustrations caused by flat pack, therefore we offer an assembly service which does incur a small fee to cover the time this involves. Many items can be assembled prior to delivery, meaning it will be delivered to you already built. However, items such as bed frames and larger wardrobes will require us to assemble them within your home - for this to take place our team will need a clear area and time to carry out this task. Our team will also remove the packaging should this be required.

Bed/Mattress Removal

We are able to remove and dispose of your old beds and mattresses for a small charge when we deliver the new one. If you require this service please inform us at the point of ordering. The following charges apply:

  • Mattress (Regardless of Size) = £30.00
  • Base+Mattress (Regardless of Size) = £50.00

All items which are upholstered are required to meet The Furniture and Furnishing (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 for the domestic products, our items will be supplied with a label stating this, please DO NOT remove this label. Contract furniture complies with BS7177 Source 5 Regulations, Medium Hazard, compatible for Nursing Homes, Hotels, Halls of Residence, Boarding Schools, etc.

Contract Furniture

As requirements for fire regulations and durability are higher within the contract marketplace we can obtain specifically designed products which meet these expectations. Please call and discuss your needs with one of the family who will do their best to source goods to your requirements.

Product Warranty

All items supplied by us have a 12 months product warranty which covers any manufacturing defects. If a problem arises please contact us with your original receipt number as soon as possible.
